Consistently fresh & excellent. My hubby and I have been frequenting Sun Shui now for 8 years. We find their menu innovative, and both their sushi and Chinese food are excellent. The owner, Chan, is incredibly accommodating. The chefs at the sushi bar are super friendly and will create a made-to-order dish for you. Great atmosphere; kid friendly. We have 4 children – it’s one of their favorite restaurants. Definitely a must-try if you’re in the area.

For the person who says they don’t know how to treat there customers… I totally disagree. They treat my family like royalty when we show up. We have been going so long most the staff knows us and is extremely nice. Food I recommend….Crispy BeefEggrolls (the best I have EVER tasted)Seasame chickenPork Fried RiceWonton SoupThese 4 items are not only the best of each I have ever tasted but I could eat them for breakfast lunch and dinner.I am not a sushi fan but those who do like it love the sushi here.
