The Worst Service and Food Ever. I recently ordered food from this restaurant (??) Terrible service. Ordered food and it took over two hours to arrive. When it arrived it was ICE COLD. Called the manager and explained the situation. He was not helpful. No apologies, nothing to try to make it right. AWFUL attitude. The steak burrito was terrible. Meat taste like rubber and chewy. Would not feed this food to a dog. Don’t waste your time or money dealing with this restaurant. This was the worst experience ever.31 Dec, 2014The Worst Service and Food Ever. El Ranchito. I order food online from this restaurant, after an hour i decided to call them because my food wasn’t delivered, They told me that they called me and that i didn’t answered, that is a lie because i gave them my work phone and the phone never rang, and I told them well you have my address why didn’t you just rang the bell, and they told me that they always call the client first before making the delivery and since i didn’t answered his phone call he left. I ask for my money back because I paid then by credit card and they told me that they were not going to give me my money back because it was my fault for not answering a call that they never made. I’m so mad because what they told me makes no sense, I mean if they have my address they just need to make the delivery. Please be careful with this restaurant!
Ranchito on Milwaukee. Watch your money while dining here. I was shortchanged 10 dollars and they would notcount the register.It could have been worse, I could have given them a fifty. WJD
