Ugh. I ordered a italian beef sandwich.first of all there were to many sweet peppers on the sandwich. 1 or 2 would have sufficed The fries were soggy and looked as if the had been put back in the oil with the deep fryer was off for about an hour.. Thirdly, I specifically asked for pink lemonade and was given coke.Not only will I not order from them again, but I urge anybody reading this page to save there money and order from somewhere else.
Gross stay away. Worst sausage I’ve ever had and then thay wouldn’t do a refund or exchange or anything. They have no manager, just an arrogant owner who acts like he invented grilling and that it takes a chef to do it. Which he is not. When asked where he went to culinary school, he had no answer. I’d rather have another pizza place, dominoes even, instead of them wasting space. Or maybe an owner who cares about customers he doesn’t know personally since those are the only he actually takes care of. What a dump, never again.16 Mar, 2014, Gross don’t do it. I thought it would be good since it has good reviews but no. It must be friends and family writing every review because how anyone else would think that is good is crazy. It’s dirty, they clearly don’t care about health codes. And there sausage had green in the middle. I called to speak w a manager and was told there is no one and they don’t believe giving refunds or exchanging food that is obviously bad. Worst customer service I’ve ever had. The owner acts like he knows everything in the world and is a master chef except he didn’t go to s school for it and grilling sausage and deep frying potatoes
Obsessed!. Saw these guys on the Bobby Flay show, so I thought I’d try it out. I got the buffalo chicken with the ranch because the guy at the counter suggested it and said that the Italian sausage is made in house. I was so happy because it was so freaking good. The fries were fresh cut just like Gene and Judes, except better. My husband got the cheddar brat, which was huge (too big for me). He loved it and took a nap as soon as we got home. I also have to add that I thought it was really nice when the guy at the counter saved me a few bucks. I was going to order a hot dog for my toddler, and instead of paying full price for just the dog no bun, he said that they sell the hot dog sliced up for just a $1.50.Overall the food was great, the people were nice, parking was easy and it was a cheap dinner.
Saw the show with Bobby Flay!!!! Great episode! From Fort Wayne, IN but visit Chicago area often. Wish you guys well and hope I get to come in their and tackle a Maxwell lol. Good stuff guys!
Went there Saturday with 3 other people all 4 sandwiches were full of flavor & taste The best B&G fries ever The staff was great We will be going back very soon
