I have been there a couple times. I really don’t like the place it is to small and bad service. I thought that girl there was our server and she was not. Trust us you can’t miss her she’s the only white person working there. But anyways I went to hand her the tip and she wouldn’t take it. I told her it was the best customer service I had ever had. She smiled and said I’m glad to hear that. But I’m not your server. And said I’ll send your server over. I got very mad because I only the person that was our server we only saw one time. And that was to take our order. Very sad and dissapointed. I payed more attention the next I went in there and the same thing. but this time it was busy and she ran circles around everyone. When there was 2 people standing around doing nothing. Telling her what to do next. Or do things for them. There’s something very wrong with that picture. And the food is over priced! And not worth the money. The soup is to salty and my husband says the shrimp black bean sauce tasted like brunted resistors. Mine was no better. The only thing that tasted good was the fortune cookies.
Taste and Quality of food declining. We have been going there for the past three years and for two and a half years it was delicious. Even though they tell us the chef is the owner and they haven’t changed the food or recipes it is dramatically different the past six months. It used to be you couldn’t wait to get to the next mouthful of food because it tasted so good. Not so anymore. No flavor, bland or even tastes like bleach or cleaning products!!! Sadly, we will no longer go there anymore. Once it won the restaurant award for the top 100 Asian Mandarin, but I doubt it would anymore. We are now looking for a new restaurant.
