They obviously don’t care about making the customer happy- they plain don’t care. We usually order Mugsys 1 or 2 times a month – but due to their last performance I will never eat Mugsy’s again. First I was put on hold which I didn’t mind, after seven minutes I decided to call back. I got my order taken right away- they must have forgotten about me. Then when we got our order it wasn’t right. It took about 5 minutes to get through since both lines were busy. We finally got a manager. He said he would call us back to let us know what was going on after he spoke to the driver. However the manager never called us back. We were stuck eating crappy cold bar food that we didn’t want. If the manager just remade our food the right way and sent it out ASAP I wouldn’t be complaining- but he didn’t. You’ve gone downhill Mugsy’s. Maybe try hiring people that care. Or pay the people that do care a little more for their effort.
