Very authentic fresh food. Fresh chips and salsa, tostadas were very tasty.
Best margaritas!!!. They have the best margaritas in the south side. I love their guacamole very fresh and tasty. Great service.Excellente place to go with the family.
Authentic. We know a lot of wonderful Mexican restaurants. This is fabulous. If Rick Bayless served you the chili rellenos, you’d rave about them!!Family atmosphere, terrific service. Best Margaritas. Very affordable.
Love it. I was first taken here for lunch and ordered the fish tacos (baja style). Oh so good… the chips and salsa are fresh and the guacamole is awesome. The classic margaritas are delicious, its clear they make them fresh, not from a mix.I’ve been back several times with my fiance, and have brought several friends to let them experience this place!
What a find! I think this could be a foodies dream, authentic and some surprising variety… I love the tortas, way more than your average taco sandwich here! Sopes, gorditas, huaraches… Was known as the Blue Oasis, and the old cafe standards are still here, so if you’re with someone who’s not in the mood for Mexican you can get paninis, soups… They even have breakfast sandwiches! Gotta be one of the best spots in the Island.
The dcor is very nice and kind of makes you feel like you are in mexico! The food was pretty good but… I have had better and around the neighborhood. But it was a bit tasty but not the best I’ve had. A+ for the ambience though.
A great find. The food was very good and was not heavy, like some Mexican restaurants. We went on a Friday night, and they had a vary good band. It reminded me of dining in Boulder on Pearl street.
