Service could be improved. The chicken is really good but the service is not that great. Every time I go, someone messes up my order. The thing that really irritates me, you can not call in a food order unless it is $35.00 or more. I have done that before and they still will not have the order ready when you come to pick it up. I ordered 100 pieces of chicken for a party I was having, paid for it in advance and they did not start making my order until I got there. That is horrible customer service. I was in a rush and didn’t really have time to wait for them to cook 100 pieces of chicken. They should have never taken my money if they were not going to deliver accordingly. I love chicken but I would rather spend my money else where because of the service.

I don’t like the wait but is is because their fry the chicken as you order, which is better than getting pre cooked chicken. I would say give them a try.Ladydi
