Shame on intelligentsia. They may use their beans but this is a disgrace to the good name of the Chicago powerhouse roaster. Don’t bother with the insipid espresso or over frothed cap. The packages of beans we’re relatively freshly roasted and, alongside the drip —as long as you demand they brew it fresh—is there best thing going at this pseudo intelligentsia outpost.
