  A lot left to be desired. Well I have to say the food was very good but the management leaves a lot to be desired. I heard about this place in a virtual garage sale by someone who posted they were in search of a location for their parents anniversary party. I was in search of a location for my 50th birthday party. I checked the website and I thought wow a rooftop patio adjacent to a party room, sounded like my search was over. I go to the restaurant two days later with a friend, sat down and ordered. I asked the waitress details about the party area for 80 people. She said the owner was not there but I could go upstairs and check it out. Once I came down the waitress informs me that the owner had just arrived. About 5 minutes later she said that she had just got in and would see me shortly, that she was settling in, 15 min later she apologizes and said that their is a new employee she is working with and is busy but should be with me shortly. She must have apologized 3 more times and kept telling me how busy she was with this new employee. In the mean time i see she is talking to some people who had just came in regarding seating arrangements, sets up the bingo area with prizes (Cubs/Sox/Bears memorabilia), she must have walked past me about four times and Never once did she acknowledge me or say I be right with you. We waited a LONG time for the food, ate, I ordered a second beer, and dessert to go for my friend. When we started to pay for the bill the waitress comes back with her business card and says she’s still busy but would like to give me her business card. I informed the waitress that I had changed my mind. She apologized again, I felt bad for her because its not her fault. Isn’t it restaurant 101 that someone interested in a party for 80 people be priority over folding t-shirts, or assisting a new employee that is not going anywhere anytime soon? She works there! O well, the only thing I can think of is she didn’t like me because I was Hispanic, because as far as I know my money is just as good as the next persons. I wouldn’t recommend this place. It’s a shame because the food wasn’t bad but the service…wow, I’m appalled! Glad I went and got the thought of booking this place out of my system. There are plenty of places happy to accept my money. Maybe I’m just to use to my corporate America work ethics. Don’t waste your time!

  Great Place. Best food ever, menu is great and lots to choose from, very kid friendly, staff is so incredibly nice. Must visit again and bring more people.
