Foiled again. Been to Pucks in terminal 3 several times: once or twice to the bar and twice for breakfast. Both breakfast visits were dreadful (most recently last Saturday). Both times extremely slow service and long waits but last time they forgot to enter the food order – it never arrived!Too much bad karma here. There is no sense of urgency, management or concern. That doesn’t cut it at the airport. Kick Puck to the curb and go to Macaroni Grill.
UNFORTUNATE. I’ve eaten at these in the past and theyve all been serviceable, but this particular one was extremely poor. Toast was hardly toasted…and only on one side. Order was wrong two different ways. 840a at an airport and service was still poor.Unfortunate for Mr Puck that the company does not control quality well.
Good Breakfast. We had a 2 hour layover and stopped here for breakfast. It was very good and cooked as we ordered it. Eggs scrambled and over medium with crispy bacon and smoked sausage I do mean real smoked sausage. For airport it is top notch, so if you see ths place while on your travels stop in it’s good and expensive. All this with potatoes and OJ for $29.00 but we were hungry and stuck in ORD. They also have a very large assortments for omelets. All in all it’s good.
The veg omelette came piping hot and full of veg. Ya gotta eat.
I highly recommend the tortilla soup with goat cheese if you like a thicker soup. It’s delicious and I’ve been grabbing it here for years in the winter.
Glop Butternut Squash, wilted lettuce Greek salad so much for the name. How hard is it to make a Greek salad ?(farthest thing from it)..
Overrated. The pizza here was really greasy, the cheese wasn’t melted. The toppings would slide off the pizza and there was way too much sauce. Wolfgang himself would disapprove of the food here.
