The Puck Express in the United B terminal is terrible. The food can be OK, but it takes a long, long time to get. The staff should receive training in customer service – they give off a vibe that there are many other places they would rather be. And, take a peak inside the kitchen and on the prep services – a total mess. If I were Wolfgang, I would not want my name in this place.
