Best doughnuts I’ve ever had, and they make them fresh the entire day. The frosting is extremely delicious and clearly uses real fruit. My favorite doughnut is the pink doughnut. I would eat them all day. These doughnuts are also unique in that somehow they stay fluffy at least a day after you buy them. Not even sure how it’s possible, but any place that can make 24 hour old doughnuts taste and feel like they’re fresh clearly deserves a 5.0.

Best Donuts Ever!. I grew up in Crystal Lake and thought that every town had a donut shop–not the case! All the donuts are great, but some of my favorite include the Angel Cream, Blueberry, any Long John, and the Cinnamon Donut Holes. So tasty!
Yummy. I’m a pastry chef and I’d love their recipe for cakey doughnuts!!! The old fashioned is to die for. Spouse LOVES the apple spice and chocolate. I don’t know how they can keep their prices so low, but I’m not complaining about it. This is a real Mom & Pop shop, something to be treasured in our community.
YUMMY. I currently live in Westmont, about to make one of my frequent treks to Crystal Lake, primarily to stop at Country Donuts. I have travelled and lived throughout the country, there is no better donut in the land. I lived in Crystal Lake and Cary for awhile (1997- 2005) and have friends there, they are happy to see me visit often, believing I am coming only to see them….let’s keep it our little secret…lol
