We asked Crystal Lake Rib House to help cater our event and they were AWESOME! We could not be happier with the entire experience from setting up contracts to enjoying the best BBQ around. As an outdoor event, the weather provided potential challenges but Dave and Dave Jr. happily greeted these challenges and were the hit of our event! The food is DELICIOUS, some of the best BBQ pork I’ve ever had — the meat is tender and juicy and their sauce is tangy, sweet, smoky — hits every note. Our crowd of over 350 agreed and were asking for 3rds and 4ths of their sliders! Dave and Dave were punctual, flexible, personable, and dedicated to helping us provide a first class event to our staff and students. I can’t stress enough how great the food was and how easy and wonderful it was to work with them. FABULOUS place, my family and I will visit in person!
