Delicious. I stopped in town to visit my mother and her home town is Crystal lake, so this was my first time ever here but I’ve known of the place my whole life I ordered a spicy Italian beef and it was the best food I had eaten in a long time, fantastic food. I have ate every style if food but this sandwich is protected to art.

If you missed the beef you can get in the city and you just think Portillo’s is average, this is the place to go. Great beef. Great prices. And a good serving of beef

Awesome Italian beef. Different taste than Portillos but better overall.
Homemade Italian beef… Great for parties. They only take cash which is bad in this day and age.
Tasty Food. This place has tasty Italian beefs with homemade giardiniera. I also highly recommend the onion rings and pizza puffs. Excellent food and quick service. Don’t let the outside or inside fool you. The building may be dated, but the food is classic.
