Sad experience today.. Drove through the drive up to pick up my lunch. Paid for it and headed back to the office. Special ordered my sandwich, which by the way, was NOT correct. About an hour after eating, I went to my purse to get some money out, and realized I was not given any change. I was shorted exactly $14.00. I proceeded to call the manager there, and told her what had happened. She took my name and number, and advised that once the drawers were counted, she would contact me.About an hour later, another employee called me and stated the drawers were only $4 and some change, over what they should have been. She offered me the $4 back or a free meal. I politely declined, as I really did not have the time to go clear back there for so little. It is rather obvious that the person at the window, decided to keep $10 of my change. Apparently she thought she needed it more than I did and chose not to report the situation to management.Sadly your store is the loser in this story, as I will no longer do business at your location. Your dishonest employee has cost you my future business and possibly that of my friends and acquaintances. And yes, I accept the fact that I forgot to get my change due to being distracted and know that I have only myself to blame.
