This was the worst place I have ever been into…by far. Two moms staying at a local hotel with kids out for breakfast. Right away when we sat down a waitress greeted us and asked what we wanted to drink, then the other server in the same section came up and said ‘that’s my table’, so they both walked away from us, mid drink order, and we could hear them debating which table numbers were theirs. I’ve picked up the wrong table before, GET THE WHOLE DRINK ORDER AND GET IT FOR THEM OR TELL THE OTHER SERVER WHO HAS THE TABLE WHAT IT IS, so we got our drinks eventually, browsing the menu we had no issues, they do have a huge menu with tons of options for everyone which is a great thing, we had two different types of pancakes for the kids, Biscuits and gravy, bacon, and scrambled eggs, the California scrambler, and Eggs Benedict, which they call Benny’s, which was cute. Our drinks were never refilled unless we asked and that took forever. The food finally came, cold. My friend was eating her scrambler and our waitress came up with another plate saying this is what she ordered, not what she was eating, which is fine, no big deal. Well two bites in my friend notices chicken, bell peppers, and other ingredients that weren’t part of what she ordered. Finally when our waitress came back, my friend told her, ‘this isn’t what I ordered, the first plate I had was what I ordered’, the waitress argued with her and told her,’no this is what you had.’ My friend replied it was not, so our waitress stormed off to grab a menu, and realized my friend was correct, then stated ‘oh well a little chicken won’t kill you’ then went to retrieve the correct food. The waitress returned with my friends original plate, literally. I guess they just set her plate that she had eaten off of in the window for the next person to order it because there was a 15 minute time span between all of this, How do they even have her original plate made still with the bites taken??? Don’t worry, the eggs Benedict were HORRIBLE!!! I took one bite and didn’t touch the plate, which as a server and you see someone not eating, you ask why and find out, and correct the issue if there is one. Not once were we asked how our food was, and again we waited and waited for coffee refills. When we were finishing up we asked to have the eggs Benedict taken off because I didn’t eat them, I didn’t like them, and you could clearly see the plate was untouched. The server then replies ‘oh he won’t do that, 20% may be able to be taken off’ I asked her who HE was, the manager? She replied yes, so I asked her to send him over. He came over, I told him what she said about that and he told us she had no right, then walked away. They brought us the ticket, which were supposed to be separate checks, but I mean it’s safe to assume they couldn’t even do that, cause they didn’t. Needless to say we were charged 40 dollars for this. I would never tell anyone to eat here. McDonalds in the ghetto has better class and service.

I heard they got new ownership so I gave it a try. If u want a spot with a great menu with great food stop in. This place got a 180 degree change. Friendly staff not to mention the hostess hoooooot.
This Place has changed!. The new management team is outstanding. Excellent service. Complex flavors. Attention to detail. Top quality ingredients. Lively atmosphere. This place is great for family breakfasts or dinners. We will be back again.

Terrible food and terrible service…. Don’t waste your time or money. Who can screw up a patty melt??? Tiffany can! Was 9 bucks to boot.
