Floating for beginners. First off let me start by saying the service is excellent here. The place was packed. The boats full of sushi where filled mainly for the people that tolerate sushi not love it. The boats mainly had bogus California rolls and tempura shrimp glazed with honey. Only one boat of about 150 had fresh tuna on it. I ordered straight from the chef. i had him construct me a basic spicy tuna roll only i had it modified with habenero peppers and avocado. It was very very good.The clientel here is not the greatest. Very obnoxious people surrounded me. You can have anything from the teppanaki next door also (Kampai)…the fried rice or even steak is a great choice if you dont want to sit through the whole show!I will come back here, just not on peak hours.
