Salad bar – GreatStaff – Fun to interact with, personable, knowledgableFood – Fantastic. Obviously places like these need to be good, entree wise, to justify the price. Everything we had was seasoned perfectly. The prime rib was melting on our plate, the pork loin was encrusted with parmesan, the sirloin was cooked fantastically. The salad bar had charcuterie, tabouli, smoked meats. I’d go back in a heartbeat. Just had a good time all together.
I have been here about a half-dozen times now. I actually crave this place. Beautiful salad bar – try the smoked salmon. And, the attentive staff just keeps bringing the most perfect cuts of meat to my table – guy heaven! It doesn’t get any better.
Superb Service. We recently visited Chama Gaucha for my brother-in-law’s birthday. I was amazed by the quality of the salad bar and astounded by the superiority of the meats served tableside. Our favorite was the bacon-wrapped filet mignon, but I would suggest trying everything. It may seem expensive, but you definitely get what you pay for, and we felt we got our money’s worth. What most impressed me, though, was the service. Not only do the servers anticipate your needs before you even realize you need something, but they were very attentive and patient with my young nephews that were dining with us. Chama Gaucha offers superb service to all patrons, young and old. We can’t wait to go back.

Excellent service and food. I believe it’s half off for kids which is a little over $20 but be aware adults its gonna run u about $50 including tips and no drink or wine. But trust me this place will not disappoint. There’s very few places in the Chicago area where u can high cuts of meat and salad bar combined as all you can eat…
