There’s something for everyone at this Downers Grove locally owned sandwich shop. The owner’s from Philly and has delivered a spot on legit Philly Cheesesteak experience right outside of Chicago. Sandwiches are served on Amoroso rolls and paired with hand cut fries and malt vinegar or crab seasoning, I’m in heaven. I love their mojo’s cheesesteak wit wiz, but honestly I’m addicted to their Buffalo Chicken Cheesesteak! There is plenty to choose from and the friendly staff is great at helping you figure out how to properly order a variety of cheesesteak options, along with a great selection of subs/hoagies. The Duke is one of the best Italian subs I’ve had. Kids meals were devoured which is rare and served on a frisbee! Cute touch. Everything in this place tastes fresh and homemade because it is! Worth visiting again and again.
