Found is a find. (sorry). It is not what I expected from the outside. We went for our anniversary and enjoyed this restaurant; we were seated at the bar where they were cooking much of the food. Too bad we could not watch most of the food we ordered being made. The staff was friendly but gave us space. The choices are eclectic and tend toward vegetarian. HOWEVER the kitchen was preparing lots of pork chops and they looked spectacular. Not for every day, but for special occasions, this place is going to be high on our list.

Found offers a wonderfully creative variety of small delicious and a few larger equally delish plates that are seasonal (fiddleheads, ramps & rhubbarb this weekend). We thought each dish was better than the last. Cocktails were interesting and tasty but we wish service for them and water refills had been a bit faster. One of my favorite spots in Evanston!
From beginning to end everything was great!Our server suggested a Greek white wine and I hate to say it but it was good! As a matter of fact…everything he suggested was awesome and so was his service.We tried soooo many dishes they were all equally fantastic.We can not wait to go back.
Best meal in 10 years. There were four in our party and we ordered many selections and shared. The winter flatbread, brussel sprouts, apple beet salad, turkey liver patte, and squash soup were all AMAZING, topped only by the perfectly prepared 32 oz steak that fed the four of us handily. The flavors were unique and perfectly balanced, nothing was too heavy or overpowering and the ambiance was perfect for an adult night out for a special dinner. I have not had a meal this perfect in 10 years or more. Best restaurant in Chicago, hands down!
The service was good and the food was great. The atmosphere is really nice just ask for a table because trying to eat on a sofa is difficult.
