Good coffee, not as good service. Kafein has a huge menu, and everything is quite tasty. While I’m more of a coffee drinker than a sweet tooth, I highly recommend their milkshakes. I love that they’re one of the few places in Evanston open late. A nice, cozy atmosphere, though it can get busy and loud and invaded by high schoolers. Also, the servers are usually incredibly friendly but also very slow. I love to linger, but I never understand why everything takes so long.

There are dozens of varieties of Mochas and Milkshakes alone. Open late…popular with Northwestern students….slow service though
