Pad See Eiw recipes are like the dawn. They’re each different, they’re each the same. I eat at many of the notable Evanston area Thai restaurants, and for me, Pinto stands out in a couple of ways. Pad See Eiw was moist, without being sloppy. Flavorful. Veggies cooked al dente. Simple, bright decor. Good presentation of food. Wait staff was attentive, but did not helicopter. Priced well. I wouldn’t drive from Naperville for it, but if you’re in town anyway, give it a shot.Takk for Maten!
