Opening a new Mediterranean restaurant in Evanston seems an odd choice. The food is fresh, tasty and a little different. We tried the spinach pie, the Jerusalem salad and the mixed grill entree. The pie was very thin baked with cheese and cut into a square. The mixed grill was well presented, served with tomatos, rice and potatos. The Jerusalem salad could have had more seasoning.
