  I went there for lunch today and I’m glad I did. The restaurant was nice, the server was very polite and the food was great. Definitely coming back here again.

  Just moved here and this is a great find! The service was great and the food was excellent! The sushi chef personally dropped off samples at the table which were jalapeo tuna poppers and white tuna belly. The sushi was very fresh and the rolls are creative and unique. I give it 5 stars and highly recommend it!

  Wonderful Service. We just had dinner this evening at Fuji Grill, once our favorite when we lived in Oak Park.New management, a different feel to the place, and the food was excellent. We were not disappointed. We ordered the salmon bento box and don katsu. While we waited the chef sent a sushi small plate. What was it? Don’t know but it was wonderful. Crispy jalapeno with a fine mix of flavorful sauces, a bit of deep fried texture. Again, later another complimentary small plate; also enjoyed. Dinner over, compliments of the chef: green tea ice cream. Now we are spoiled and will probably expect this everytime we go back.Our waiter, solicitious yet not prying, gentle humor.Recorded jazz just loud enough to be able to listen to if one stopped talking.The room is still the old Fuji, the mountain image above the sushi bar. Quiet, not crowded. A simple room, but with nice proportions of space and setting of tables.We were very pleased eating there tonight.
