I took my mom here for dinner. We ordered the penne which was watery and bland. Our waiter was a total snob. He failed to tell us our dish came with soup or salad. Soon our food came out. Then we heard him tell the other tables all entrees come with soup or salad. He was sucking up to them real good. We were discriminated against. I called the manager to complain and he did not seem to care. Management is just as bad. This place should be shut down.09 Sep, 2012Bad food. Bad service.
The best best italian restaurant in the US. Try the gnocci contadina, and the minestrone soup , both spectacular. Desserts are incredibly good specially the carrot cake Service was superb. Will come back next time in the area. Worth the drive
Great Italian food. Definitely come here for the appetizers. The entrees were good but it seemed to me that the appetizers were better. Try the grilled calamari and the baked clams!!
Great food and wonderful service!! Owner, Bobby, came by our table to make sure we were happy with our meals and to see if there was anything we needed! Now that is great service! The food was delicious! And more than I could eat. We will be back again and again!
Great food. Six of us ate there last night. Food was all wonderful. Would definitely recommend and would go back again.
Great dining experience!. I’ve heard about this restaurant for quite a while so I was excited when my friend suggested we go there. Our server was Mike Ryan who spoke beautiful Italian. As waiters go he is a cut above the rest. Attentive, knowledgeable about the menu and delivered the specials menu without a flaw. I loved the wine, I enjoyed the house salad and the Chicken Vesuvio was the best I’ve had in a suburban restaurant. Yes, it had peas! The portion size was huge so I enjoyed the dining experience all over again the next day when I ate the leftovers for lunch. I’ll certainly be back.
Just visited for the first time and this place is awesome. Big, free poured cocktails at the bar followed by excellent service at the table. My wife and I found what we liked on the fine list and the menu and were ready to order. Then our waitress sent over one of the owners, Bobby, who took over our wine selection and recommended an appetizer to share, a salad and two incredible pasta entrees. The wine was great, the appetizer marvelous with plenty to take home, and our entrees better than anything from our previous favorite Italian restaurant…also with plenty left over to take home. Finally, great cannoli and a wonderful evening. I cannot say enough about this restaurant. I guess I have. Please try it with confidence. JS
