First time, amazing experience! Dennis treated me like family, the service was extremely efficient, the food was heavenly. I had the house salad which was a balsamic vinigarette unlike any I’ve ever had (I’m 40 and I love food). Then spaghetti carbonara which was absolutely perfect and finished with a piece of torta paradi (flourless chocolate cake) and coffee (perfect). This is My favorite restaurant In Highwood.
This is my all time favorite restaurant, Italian or otherwise. Consistently good, pasta portions just right. A vive chicken or fish of the day is excellent. My husband has never gotten anything but the veal del rio and loves it!
