Good when open. With all do respect, this place seems to be closed for every Jewish holiday. It’s frustrating!

Perhaps our first visit was an off night for the, but nothing seemed to click. Service was uneven and food was … nothing special. Probably deserves another visit.

This place is terrible! It is hardly Mexican food at all! I mean Kosher Mexican food? How is that possible? I know we do have a high population of Jews here but please, leave your ideas at home and let me eat my Mexican food like it should be.

Best Mexican on the North Shore. Out of all the good Mexican places in Highwood/Highland Park (Tacos el Norte, Las Palmas, etc.) Casa de Isaac stands out for it’s delicious quality food. I had the portobello quesadillas and OH MAN, so good. Make sure you ask for extra guacamole. The service was great and the prices weren’t too bad; I’m definitely coming back.
