Resume that says HIRE MEEE!. Reh-sh-May for Stacy C. Harris, M.A. 16406 De Anza Cir. Huntington Beach, CA 92649 [email protected] Information: One of my favorite things is a good laugh, and I have written all about that. Healthy and unhealthy cooking is an all-time enjoyment for me. I wanted to attend culinary school, but learned from grass-roots healthy cookbooks, online sites, texts, nutrition-based food preparation, gardening, Wolfgang Puck, and a couple uncles-the bachelor ones who wanted wives, but never got them until later in life. Some of my favorite recipes are my own. I have taught, tutored, and assisted elderly and children. I have a multi-faceted understanding of the body, peer groups, and positive educative principles and entertainment which make up a healthy living. I have hiked through wetland New Zealand; the National parks of Utah, Colorado, California, Arizona and Wyoming; and four ancient Temple ruins of Mexico. I enjoy cultural diversity and languages. I can never say that I didn’t have more fun inside than outside, except when I’m cooking or eating something exquisite; but I keep my weight 10 pounds over BMI for cold weather at three inches shy of 6 feet tall. I enjoy music and have played piano for several large events; I can handle stress and a crowd, but I don’t like attention or applause. Overall, I like to be safe, useful, and creative; I don’t like threatening situations, except it be a deadline. I’ve assisted in home design making and hanging personalized and faux wallpapers, painted colorful designs on walls, brickwork and furniture for cute dcor, kids and holidays. I love acting on the word RESOURCEFUL, and have assisted making creative useful and working environments. I understand and can maintain hygiene and hospital cleanliness, even with carpet. My goals are to see much of the corruption in our society to cease, do what I can to do so, and to enjoy my life working diligently. I seek to be straight with God to the best I am able. Casual modesty is my favorite attire. I do not wear shirts that expose my belly, nor short shorts or skirts. Working all night for orders or window-filled displays is a can do all throughout the week. Leave time, date, wants and needs-will rush. Education: California State University, Fullerton. Bachelor’s of Arts and Master’s of Arts in English, Cum Laude 2002, 2004 I kept psychology and communications as a focus throughout my studies. Shakespeare was my favorite author, next to the revolutionary writers.Fullerton College, Fullerton. Liberal Arts Associates: Child development and psychology focus 2000 Piano Pedagogy Certificate 1998Goldenwest College, Huntington. Los Robles Ave. Hacienda Heights, CA 91745 (626)934-5400 2004-2005Advocated learning, positive behavior and choices; taught English standards and curriculum for various levels of English learners. Piano Player and Caterer for Terry Deiner, Private Party Engagements. Locations through Southern California 2001-2004 Played piano for weddings and some eccentric birthdays or dinner engagements, performed mostly love ballads and background dinner music, Disney tunes, etc. Assisted with foods whether preparing or arranging. Decorated tables, rooms and created displays for parties. Administrative Assistant for Financial Services Network Stephen Masula, C.F.P. (760)720-0007 1997-2003 The greatest drudgery of filing, phones, appointment setting, rental agreements, insurance claims, and various client accounts managing.Piano Teaching and Performing Self-employed 1995-2009 Individual instruction of technique and piano concepts, encouraged practicing. Held yearly recitals at convalescent hospitals from 2001-6 during Christmas season. Did private engagements for private parties, dinners, or weddings.Favorite Personal Culinary Creations: Egg Scramble with favorite add-its. I have a knack for letting a thin layer stick to the bottom of the pan, to appease my personal tick for best egg texture. My favorite is cooked with tomatoes, broccoli florettes, onion, and served with chopped avocado, sour cream, salsa, and cheddar. Adding crisp bacon is an excellent add-it for the meaty cravings, or used as a side. Breakfast Patties are a hit too-egg, potatoes, meat, onion, and cheese formed into a burger-shaped patty and fried, served with crescent roll, salsa or ketchup as a condiment, sliced green onion top.Lunch and Dinner Protein Dishes: Better than Tortilla Joe’s-My Beans & Meat on Fried Flour Chubs where I fry a handmade fat, flour tortilla with spiced beans, adding onion, spices, and cheese. You can add chicken or beef with spices also. Serve with chopped avocado, tomatoes, onion, lettuce, and dollop with sour cream and salsa. Pan-cooked Chicken & Salmon: Add a tad of beer for browning chicken with the olive oil, and honey to the salmon for a blackened crisp edge-both require garlic and lemon to ward off the vampires. Keep it clean. Grilled chicken is used for salads, quesadillas, sandwiches, and pasta Alfredo. And yes, I’m capable of the Five Crowns Lamb chops with side of mint jelly too. Soup & Salads: Ranch and vinaigrette varieties: Dressings homemade. Spinach, dark green leafy, and European blends; glazed or blanched nuts; red onion-thinly sliced; dried or fresh berries; blue or gorgonzola. Chicken or Beef Tortilla soup with sour cream and sliced avocado. Various Carbs: Blueberry Pancakes cooked with blueberry juice and berries, served with butter, powdered sugar, and homemade maple syrup. Apple Cobbler and Pumpkin Crisp served warm with whipped and ice cream. Pan potatoes. Candy with chocolates, peanut butter(s) and nuts. Buttermilk Honey or Sweet Potato Rolls. French Bread-steam baked. Pizza dough. Wheat or white flour Crepes with various fillings-for light meal or dessert. Reduced fat Blueberry, Pumpkin or Banana-apple breads or muffins. Cookies, Cupcakes and Cakes-decorative and non-decorative, but all-consumptive. I use my own Caribbean vanilla-butter frosting; the vanilla is not from the United States.
