My husband and I went there yesterday morning for breakfast. I had crepes with raspberry filling topped with whipped cream. They were really good, didn’t even need to use the syrup that came with the dish. My husband had the feta cheese omelet with spinach. He also enjoyed his dish. We had a friendly server and a nice time. We’ll be going back and I’m sure it will be sooner rather than later. We thought the prices were decent and appropriate, as the portions were generous.
So glad to have you back in the hood. When we moved into West Walker one of the very first places we found was Alps West. We really were glad to have it in the neighborhood. Then along came yet another unneeded bank branch. Thankfully, they went bankrupt and Alps is back again. Today I finally made it back to Alps West to get reintroduced to this favorite breakfast haunt. It didn’t disappoint. Solid breakfast, GREAT service, clean welcoming venue. So glad this place is back in the neighborhood, and I am sure we will be enjoying the neighborhood breakfast diner regularly now that the kids are older and this place is so close to the front door.
