Hot Pan. Have driven by this place a hundred times, stopped today, bought an order of Shrimp pot stickers & Mushroom noodles, get home & no sauce for for the pot stickers, OMG, DON’T NEED THE SAUCE, absolutely the best pot stickers ever!!!!!!! Noodles were excellent also, going to let everyone I know about this wonderful hidden treasure!!!!!
Hot Pan is a fantastic hidden gem. They not only have great hand-made noodles that are made fresh daily – they honestly have the best dumplings I have had since returning from China several years ago. The dumpling sauce is near perfection – use this with your dumplings. They have an extensive beer selection that is also very reasonably priced. Check this place out for lunch or dinner for any occasion.

Best food in town. Good craft beers. the variety of good beer here is amazing for such a jem in a strip mall. All of the food here is to die for, hand made Noodles and Dumplings (made fresh everyday. Its an open kitchen so youcan watch the cook Daisy make the food come out fast, and with fresh ingredients. They do carry out and dine inn. Definitely a place worth stopping in if you like good eats and beer.
