Service is always good but food quality has taken a turn for the worst. They use inferior quality produce, wilted shredded lettuce and cucumber. Turkey Cobb salad featured a dried powder/ like turkey. Chicken Marsala covered with a thick sauce that tasted like canned gravy. I will not return.
Good food and there are always coupons in the local clipper magazine so even better!
Salad, soup, and a sandwhich are the must gets at Metro can’t go wrong if this is your craving. Could always use more fries and for these choices the price is right. Big Eater is getting on this Metro
Hoped for Better. I really do like the decor, but it takes more than that if you want to please my family. Ribs were horrible, the broasted chicken was dry and tasteless. Just to put it plain and simple, the food is bad. I do not advise you eat here.
Acceptable. Metro Grill (Joliet) puts together an acceptable sandwich. I’ve had the Rancher’s Panini and Chicken Cordon Bleu Panini. Both good. I ordered a side of Mashed Potatoes and Gravy -an unusual combination with a panini, but it suits me. Anyway, that particular side item totally reminds me of the same stuff I was served in the elementary school cafeteria. Sadly, I consider that to be a compliment. The menu had multiple items that looked good. Pricing is a bit too high though. I would go back but there are plenty of alternatives that would intercept this decision.
