Service was horrible. Me and my girlfriend went there to eat. The food was alright nothing special. But the service was horrible. I literally had to get water from another table just to keep my glass filled. It was funny in a way but in the big picture it was terribly wrong I even had to resort to such measures in order to get somthing to drink. As an experienced foodie ive been to some of the best resturants all over the country, never have I ever had to steal water from another table. I hav not and will not ever step foot in this joke of a resturant again.
At first glance, the Truth may seem to be in the wrong place and anything but; however, the Truth is truly elequant, hip, and modern. To be honest, I was taken back that the waiter didn’t take my order before bringing ravioli, baked chicken, rustic mashed potatos, and green beans with baby carrots. Although I was at a catered event, I would still expect the option to eat what I wanted. Yeah the food may have been well seasoned, professionally prepared, and cost next to nothing, I was insulted that I wasnt given the option to order. However, I must admit I will recommend the Truth and plan to visit again for the next function.
Drove about 45 minutes to get out here, for a suprise 50th birthday. Didn’t know what to expect, walked in and right away was served. The service here is amazing, the servers always make sure you have a drink in your hand and that everything ordered tastes ok. The good came out non stop and I couldn’t help myself but to continue eating. We only had a few items but everything we are was cooked very well. Overall very pleased with the service, would come back here anytime for dinner.
I’ve always had great service, good selection of and quality entrees. The bisque when available is awesome. The pastas always flavorfull
At the recommendation of a good friend I dined here tonight. The atmosphere was cozy, relaxed and sophisticated. Quite charming! Menu selections very impressive but that’s where the truth about Truth ends. Perhaps in their earlier day it might have been something. its absolutely outrageous to charge $25 for a microwaved strip steak, a side of Betty Crocker scalloped potatoes. Do yourself and you’re wallet a favor, seek nourishment elsewhere .
I have been to truth on 2 occasions. The first time was just ok. Nothing special and I didn’t eat my leftovers. I went back a second time and the food was better the service was good until they spilled my leftovers on the table. The waitress then scooped all of the food back into the container and said there you go. My friend told her I was not going to take the spilled food so the waitress went to the kitchen to get me a replacement ( I had chicken Marsala). When as returned she gave me a box full of pasta and some Marsala sauce. There was no chicken. I later spoke to the manager and she defended what her workers did, but did ask if there was anything she could do to make up for this. I won’t go back.
Currently sitting in the restaraunt enjoying my shrimp po boy. Hurry and try this place. Love it!
