Joliet is blessed to have Truth dining experience. The dining experience was outstanding. The owner and staff extraordinary. The New Zealand lamb chops exquisite. The seafood risotto was impressive. The wine list had Napa selections which were top notch. Congratulations to Truth and so disappointed that Jolietans cannot see the diamond in your ruff.Ron Ariagno
