Last week of Sep while I was at St. Charles got a chance to visit Riverside Pizza & Pub. Quite a nice set up for any evening with some games beamed on the multiple screens around. We chose the first floor for a group of 20 odd people. Ordered drinks, few starters & couple of large sized pizzas. Overall Food was great. However the disappointing fact was only one young chap was looking after everything from drinks to starters to main course. This is despite of the prior bookings & has caused lots of delays. Some of the orders he completely forgot &Couple more reminders were necessary. The initial wait time was significantly more & typical introduction was missing too. He compensated initial goof ups well with his energy & broad smile. I’m pretty sure he would handle the multiple smaller groups better. Overall a good place to enjoy drinks & pizzas in a smaller group on any of the weekdays.
