This is a great place to eat. The food is wonderful, atmosphere is great too. A little pricey but so worth it. You won’t be disappointed.
Fine dining experiences in and around Kankakee, Illinois are rather limited. I found 164 North, however, to be both upscale in both service and cuisine. The filet mignon was excellent. The decor was sophisticated, yet relaxed. Wait staff were a delight.
