The ambience was great with unique seating and standing bars scattered across the room. Since it was December, the ceiling was hung with upside down Christmas trees and snowflakes; it lent sort of an inverted Macy’s display feel to the decor. the Cheeese Fries (not a typo) were adequate, but the extra cheese sauce was overpowering. The three of us ordered chicken white ban chili, margherita flatbread, and fish tacos. All three were great and the fish tacos were especially delicious and very amply proportioned. The beer list, while not too lengthy, was unique and the Goose Island ‘Matilda’ reserve is amazing. Price range for beer and food was around 20 to 25 a piece. Cool pub, just watch out for the back stairs!
