Had an opportunity to stop in to this iconic Chicago spot for Chicago dogs, Italian beef and frozen custard. I ordered a big beef after walking all day. It was a hearty, impressive meal for under $9. The beef was tender and moist, but needed a little seasoning.
I’ve been coming to Penny’s for years and it never disappoints! Great quick lunch. I love their 5 Spice Shrimp dish. So spicy and served over rice with a side of cool salad with a sweet dressing that balances out the meal. Yum yum! mommacuisine.com

I always get the Tom Yum soup( So spicy and good man..) and Pad Thai. I love the Thai Coffee. It’s GOOD.
