Everyone says they have the best ribs. Depending on the style of ribs you like, this may or may not be true. I prefer Chicago-style ribs — grilled well, a bit smokey, and well sauced. Portillo’s does this style of ribs perfectly! I highly recommend them.
Didn’t expect much when we walked in. Figured it would be a major tourist trap given its proximity to Wrigley… boy was I wrong. The Truffle burger was the ABSOLUTE BEST hamburger I have ever eaten. I think I could have eaten two, and in fact I wish I did.
