Music is always loud and people are chattering very loud. Love their patio in summer. Good place to watch a game. Bartenders are friendly. Food is just ok. I wouldn’t recommend to have dinner but snack would be ok. If you are watching a game
Ugh…I’m a Michigan transplant, and I used to occasionally watch Red Wings games with friends at Hi Tops. They’re closed now. Our alternatives are limited, and I’m not sure about coming back here. Outside of Two Hearted on draft, the beer menu was pretty bleak. I ordered an app trio: Tater tots, good (also super hard to mess up). Chicken fingers, meh (lots of chicken, little breading). Mac bites, good (super hot, but good). There’s no way around it though: our service sucked. We didn’t see our waitress for an hour, and then she started slowly making the rounds for the tables by us, and then my friend pretty much had to grab her and throw my credit card at her so we could finally get the check and leave a half hour after that exchange. Good fans in attendance, but I think we’ll be trying the one other prominent Wings bar for our next outing.
