Started with edamame which was extremely fresh because I could see the steam drifting out of the bowl. We had several different rolls of which I can’t quite remember names of but something with smokey and something with ocean in it and the white castle:)No matter what its incredibly fresh and fast. Not at all crazy expensive and the service is impeccable. I loved the options and that you can get half rolls of the specialty rolls to try more and its not extra… thats a good deal! Our waitress was very attentive, helpful and friendly and I will definitely go back when I am in the area.Note to self: BYOB next time! northandred.com
