Worth the wait. The restaurant is BYOB, and it did take awhile for dinner to arrive, but fortunately we had a delicious quinoa salad to hold us over. But, I have to say it was worth the wait, and this is the best Peruvian food I have eaten in Chicago. The flavors are fresh and tasty, and the meals are prepared with care.
