I’m a Chicago newbie, so I never visited either the Humboldt or the West Loop location, but this Logan pop-up? Delicious. Like, the best lunch I’ve had in a long time.We got the Al Pastor and Veggie cemitas + sides of jicama slaw and rice. Both sandwiches were perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of cheese and avocado… add any of their three house-made hot sauces, and I guarantee it’ll hit the spot. The slaw was surprisingly spicy, but it would’ve been better with less mayo. The rice was pretty plain, so I’d get the beans too and mix them (they should really just offer that).As an official Logan spokesperson, I sincerely hope Cemitas Puebla decides to stay past their year lease. 😉
