Personality. I have been to Floyds numerous times, beer and food good! Service is terrible, felt like I was being ignored.I didn’t tip because service so bad, next time the bartender refused to get me a beer because I didn’t tip! I told the dark haired heavily tattooed woman, she has to earn a tip! She didn’t agree.They lost a good customer.

Fantastic. This is one of the better pubs. Considering it is a pub the food is great. Yes there is noise, but you are in a small pub. I ordered a risked ordering a beer I did not like, they were cordial enough to give me another at no cost.
