The seasonal menu reflects Gresh's commitment to working with sustainable and locally sourced ingredients - even taking him on a journey to personally harvest olives for olive oil. The pursuit of quality also comes across in longstanding relationships with local farms, providing hand-picked ingredients that diners can only enjoy at 1901. Complementing Gresh's passion for quality and craft is the beverage program for 1901, designed by Mixologist Peter Vestinos (Sparrow, The Betty, Sepia) and offering diners a range of cocktails with exotic flavors, locally brewed craft beers and wines that pair exceptionally well with the food on 1901's stellar menu.
