Best cappuccino in the loop! I eat lunch here several times a month and grab coffee and a snack additional times. The food is fresh and reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and accommodating. And they make their own gelato! have not reviewed it previously because I didn’t want the lines to get longer.
We went here with high expectations, based on the other reviews on this site. Unfortunately, our expectations were not met. The service could be described as inattentive at best. We waited in line to place an order, and eventually ordered eggs and peppers and a number three combo with crapes. After waiting for literally over one hour, the waitress came out and informed us that they don’t have crapes today, and asked us if we would like something else.The eggs were dry, and slightly overcooked. Both the Ciabata bread and the bagel that we ordered had been microwaved, and were as chewy has a rubber band.Two other parties got up and asked for a refund while we waited. Go somewhere else.
