GOOOOOOOOD wins!. 03.10.09 – The loopers landed on Goodwins a few weeks ago and we were quite excited due its close proximity from our work building. The majority of us had been before so we knew what to expect. There is a large variety of sandwiches and wraps, but you can make your own sandwich if you prefer. You can even dine on salads and soups too! The loopers ordered different soups, sandwiches, and salads. The salad seemed to be crammed onto the plate so it was hard to mix it well with the dressing, but the ingredients were very fresh, as were the ingredients in the sandwiches. The mushroom soup was OK, a little bland, but the chicken noodle seemed to be a hit. Ambience-wise, the downstairs seating area reminded us of an office b/c of the carpeting and the setup, but there are plenty of tables, and there is an additional seating area upstairs. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. One man, especially, seemed to sniff out the wants and needs of customers before they even had a chance to speak up. Very impressive. We presume he is the owner, but we’re not sure. Nonetheless, kudos to him and kudos to Goodwins!
