Pickles n’ Peppers….. 09.24.08-The lunch and the loopers ventured out a little further than normal on an early fall afternoon to try out Harry’s Sandwich Shop at 336 S. Dearborn. We all went with sandwiches since after all, we were at a sandwich shop. We were all quite pleased with our sandwiches (turkey, italian, cheese) and our experience. The staff was friendly, prices were cheap, the restaurant was clean and not crowded, and our sandwiches were fresh….what more could the lunch in the loopers ask for?! Well we didn’t ask, but we were offered delicious little packets of pickles and peppers for free to add to our sandwiches. Since there’s always room for improvement, we thought that Harry’s might be able to offer us a few other bread options as french bread was our only choice, but regardless we’ll be back.
