These dumplings are popular in Slavic (Polish,Russian,Slovak,Ukrainian), Baltic (Latvian,Lithuanian) and other cuisines where they are known under local namesOrdered Red Borscht cup, 6 Pieorgi (3 meat, 3 mushrooms) and a Polish sausageThe Borscht I had before had meat not just beets.This was just beets, it was tasty.Meat Pieorgi was a disappointment, meat was dry.Mushroom Pieorgi was good , so was the Polish sausage
Excellent hidden gem. I’ve enjoyed every pierogi I’ve had here but my personal favs are the beef and spinach and the potato and cheddar. Their sausages are also excellent. An order of 6 with a sausage is my norm order at lunch.
