Had the veggie omelet. It was huge, little heavy on the cheese. Came with huge pile of American fries, 2 huge pieces of Texas toast and 4 slices of watermelon for less ten dollars. Efficient and friendly.
Tucked away on W Randolph opposite an outlet of Cosi, this was a surprisingly good find. The polish sausage breakfast served with toasted bread, 2eggs (any style), house potatoes and sliced watermelon is a sure winner in portion and taste! The steak and pancakes combo satiates the meat and sweet craving. The steak strip could be better seasoned. But the pancakes steal the show. They’re moist, soft and topped with the house maple syrup along with strawberries are an absolute delight!Staff is polite and happy to serve. Overall, a good bite that gives bang for the buck! Worth a visit!

The first breakfast that I had in Chicago was at Ronny’s. I was very impressed with the selection of food that was served here. They had ham, bacon, sausage, French toast, pancakes, eggs, potatoes, and of course steak. They also served fresh fruit with every meal. My girlfriend got two eggs, sausage and toast and was very pleased. It came with potatoes and a slice of watermelon. She saidthe toast was some of the best she ever had. I had the super breakfast which came with steak, eggs w/ cheese, potatoes, French toast w/ fresh strawberries and syrup, and a slice of watermelon. The portions were huge to say the least. The staff was very entertaining. They seemed to have been working there for a while and joked around with the customers a bit. I would recommend Ronny’s if you are looking for an excellent, quick, and cheap breakfast!
