AWESOME. Me and my fiancee visited Sofi for dinner this past Friday night. We tried it on a lark as we are not from Chicago and did not have any recommendations to go on. First of all our waitress, Federica, was very pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable. The food was amazing. I had the meatball appetizer and my fiancee had an arugula salad. The meatballs were amazing as was the sauce they were served with. They were tender, juicy, and flavorful. They were so good that I lost two to my fiancee. The entrees were equally spectacular. I had the porcini mushroom risotto and my fiancee had pasta primavera. Both dishes were perfectly made, flavorful, al dente , perfectly cooked, prepared and presented. The gelato we had for dessert was equally impressive. Go there if you have a chance you will not be disappointed.

Very friendly waitstaff. Best salmon I have had at an Italian restaurant. Bread was dense like you expect. Can’t wait to come back.
